The Family Room Theater and Mid-Prairie Home School Assistance Program will be performing Les Misérables this weekend.

Victor Hugo’s classic masterpiece hits the stage in this original dramatic presentation of his stirring story. Witness the astounding journey of Jean Valjean as he falls from grace and rises to redemption amid the amazing events of nineteenth century France. Along the way, Jean Valjean encounters many different characters - the relentless Javert, the kind and compassionate bishop, the helpless Fantine, her daughter Cosette, the scheming Thénardiers, the kind Fauchelevant, the passionate Marius and more.

The cast consists of local home-schooled students ranging in age from 11-18. Directed by Cheryl Ferreira, Les Misérables will be on March 15 at 7 p.m. and March 16 at 2:30 and 7 p.m. This will take place at Mid-Prairie High School.

This production is not the musical version.
